My goal is to create a safe space where clients’ feelings and experiences are explored in a compassionate way. I will work with clients to try out new ways of working towards their goals and make positive changes in their lives. 

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and have experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, physical abuse, sexual abuse, family/relationship issues, and parenting concerns.
